Policy, Practice, and Performance
India's National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) is operationalised through State Action Plans on Climate Change (SAPCCs), translating national missions into locally relevant strategies. States now bring more than a decade of experience in implementing SAPCCs across diverse contexts, collectively contributing to India's climate action.
The Conclave facilitates state-to-state dialogues and gathers inputs from government, academia, civil society, women and youth, and students for localisation, data-driven monitoring, and inter-departmental coordination for enhanced climate action.
